seafood mie goreng

Ingredients:

  • Pack of egg noodles or one pack of fresh cooked noodles Tin or pack of beansprouts
  • 1 bag of freshly frozen seafood (£4, Wal-Mart or Ads)
  • 2 bags of Nasi Goreng sauce (each £1 Asda)
  • 1 Chinese leaf lettuce
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 or 2 chillies Spring onions Box mushrooms
  • A chopped ginger or ginger powder Soy sauce Olive oil

Instructions:

  • Boil your noodles in a one pot. Chop and fry your veg in the wok. Add seafood to the wok fry on medium heat for 15mins. Pour in your goreng sauce stir and cook on medium for 15mins more.
